2022 Community Football Awards Voting Form

Thank you for assisting us with judging for this great initiative.

Information for each nomination is hyperlinked for you.

Each nominee is to get a score out of 15. Up to five (5) points may be rewarded for each of the below equally weighted criteria:

1. Demonstrated excellence in the nominated award category;

2. Created sustainable participation in football and ensured a high-quality experience for everyone;

3. Shown a firm commitment to inclusion by ensuring that football is a sport for All Australians including Indigenous, Multicultural, All Abilities, Women and Girls, LGBTIQA+ and many more.

You are able to skip voting for particular awards if you prefer not to, have a declared interest or have been instructed to do so.

We just ask that this be completed by Monday 24 October 5pm.
