Preferred Nominated Home Venue

The applicant is required to nominate and book the venue it intends to use for its home games in the 2024 F-League Competition.

The applicant may nominate an alternate venue so long as each venue meets the required minimum standards contained within the 2024 Football West FUTSAL VENUE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS.

Should an applicant's nominated venue become unavailable during the 2024 competition, Football West will determine where any remaining home matches are to be played.

Nominated Venue Information

The applicant is required to complete the fields below for the nominated venue. If the venue is selected for the 2024 F-League competition, Football West will arrange a visit to the venue with the applicant to complete a FUTSAL FACILITIES REPORT FORM.

If you currently have a tenure or hire agreement arrangement with the venue, email us a copy for our reference at: futsal@footballwest.com.au. Football West will take the lead with the venues to arrange agreements for the 2024 F-League Competition.

License Criteria

Criteria 1 - Teams

1.1 Team Composition

1.2 FA/Member Federation Pathway

A club must release any player selected for the official FA/Member Federation Talented Player Pathway (e.g., Futsal State Titles, Futsal Nationals Championships).

Criteria 2 - Coaching

2.1 F-League – Senior Men’s Head Coach

Senior Men’s Head Coach must hold an AFC (Asian Football Confederation) Futsal Level One Coaching license or is working towards (2025-2026)

2.2 F-League – Senior Women’s Head Coach

Senior Women’s Head Coach must hold an AFC Futsal Level One Coaching license or is working towards (2025-2026)

2.3 F-League – Senior Men’s Assistant Coach

The Senior Men’s Assistant Coach must hold a Community Futsal Coaching license or higher (2025-2026)

Criteria 3 - Fees

The club must advise FW of the estimated costs, by type, to be incurred per season for each age group/team. The fee structure must be reported to FW and FA for approval annually.

3.1 License Fee

The F-League License Fee for the 2024 (Season 1 only) will be $1,500 ex GST and will be subject to review by Football West for Season 2.

3.2 Club Responsibilities

3.2.1 Travel costs will be at the expense of individual clubs; this may include regional travel.

3.2.1.1 Venue Hire Costs (Including booking the venue) will be at the expense of the home club for all round games

3.2.2 Match Day First Aid Officer costs are the responsibility of the home club.

3.2.3 FW will invoice the club for contribution to Videographer costs (If Applicable)

3.2.4 FW will invoice the club for player registration separate to the license fee.

3.2.5 FW will invoice the club for any fines incurred.

3.3 Credit Policy

FW has a strict Credit Policy, failure to comply with FW credit terms may result in withdrawal of credit facilities.

4.1 Minimum Venue Standards

The club must comply with applicable minimum venue standards as prescribed by FW (Futsal Venue Technical Requirements).

Criteria 5 - Organisational Structure

5.1 Organisational Structure

The Club shall document its management structure to include position titles, position descriptions, and the names of staff filling such positions

Criteria 6 - Medical

6.1 Match Day Coverage

Qualified First Aid Officer provided by home team for all teams.

6.2 Supplies (Match Day – Venue)

First Aid Kit and Stretcher

6.3 Defibrillator

The club must ensure a defibrillator is available at match day venues

6.4 Facilities

Treatment facility/room at all matches

6.5 Minimum Medical Standards

The club must comply with applicable minimum medical standards as prescribed by FW

Criteria 7 - Competition

7.1 Competition Rules

The club must comply with the Competition Rules to be determined by FW and reviewed each year after consultation with Licensees.

Criteria 8 - Commercial Rights

8.1 Media

The club must comply with the annual media guidelines distributed to clubs before the start of the season.

8.2 Apparel

The club must comply with the kit branding and supply license issued by FW.

8.3 Equipment

The club must comply with the equipment supply license issued by FW.

8.4 Broadcast Partner

The club must comply with the Broadcast Partners’ needs and requirements.

8.5 Competition Partners

The club must comply with the Competition Partners’ needs and requirements as notified by FW (this includes exclusivity rights).
