Supporting evidence to indicate how your club meets each of the criteria must also be emailed to: futsal@footballwest.com.au Criteria 1 – Teams1.1 Team Composition Senior Men Senior Women Youth Men 1.2 FA/Member Federation Pathway A club must release any player selected for the official FA/Member Federation Talented Player Pathway (e.g., Futsal State Titles, Futsal Nationals Championships). Criteria 2 – Coaching2.1 F-League – Senior Men’s Head Coach Senior Men’s Head Coach must hold an AFC (Asian Football Confederation) Futsal Level One Coaching license or is working towards (2025-2026) 2.2 F-League – Senior Women’s Head Coach Senior Women’s Head Coach must hold an AFC Futsal Level One Coaching license or is working towards (2025-2026) 2.3 F-League – Senior Men’s Assistant Coach The Senior Men’s Assistant Coach must hold a Community Futsal Coaching license or higher (2025-2026) 7.1 Competition Rules The club must comply with the Competition Rules to be determined by FW and reviewed each year after consultation with Licensees.
