For the first time, the Hyundai Community Football Raffle is 100% online – no paper tickets or chasing payments, just simple, hassle-free fundraising.
However, your club can still accept cash or EFTPOS payments for ticket sales. To enable this option, please complete the form below to create login details for your club.
Important Information:
- Clubs must transfer all funds from cash and EFTPOS ticket sales to Football West’s bank account on a monthly basis.
- All cash/EFTPOS ticket sales must be received by Football West by 5pm on 30 June 2025 (raffle closing date). Payments received after this date will not be accepted.
- Football West is not responsible for late or missing payments. It is the club’s responsibility to ensure funds are transferred on time so they can be verified and processed before the draw date.
- Only one login will be created per club. Ensure you keep your login details safe, as all ticket sales processed using your login are your responsibility.
- Please allow 1–2 weeks for your login to be created and sent to you.
