Hosting provides an opportunity to showcase your venue, build local football excitement and generate revenue through food, beverage and hospitality offerings.

Submitting this form does not guarantee selection, and completing this form does not obligate your club to host. Hosting rights will only be confirmed once a formal Hosting Agreement has been executed and agreed to by both parties.
