Please complete the following EOI form if your club wishes to be considered for promotion to the State League from the Amateur Premier League in 2026. Football West will review all expressions of interest and rank the clubs on the criteria included. This process is designed to ensure any club who is offered a position in the league is both able to compete in the short term and be sustainable and viable in this competition in the years ahead. Please provide any information and evidence the club feel will enhance their selection, ensuring all mandatory questions are answered. There is opportunity to supply supporting evidence and any additional information at the end of the form.
