As part of the Kick off the Conversation program, we invite Football West clubs across the state to attend an online Trauma Awareness Session presented by Richmind WA.
This free session will cover:
- Common mental health concerns
- Bullying in sport
- De-escalation techniques
- How to support someone who is struggling
The session is designed to help participants understand the long-term impact of trauma and foster greater empathy. It’s not about asking “What’s wrong with you?”—it’s about asking “What happened to you?”
