Request to Host a Tournament This form must be completed by a Club or association who wishes to conduct a sanctioned tournament or carnival event. The application must be lodged with Football West at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the competition for application processing. Sanctioned tournaments will incur an administration fee for the appointment of referees. The Club may negotiate with opposition Clubs to share those costs. The host Club should finalise any such arrangement before submitting this application. Ground Marshals* The event organiser agrees that ground marshals must be provided to escort the Match Official(s) onto and off the field of play. Where one pitch is in use, one ground marshal must be provided. Where two or more pitches are in use, two ground marshals must be provided. Governance* As the event organiser I acknowledge that each Club participating in a sanctioned event is bound by the Competition Rules, the Football West Code of Conduct, the Football West Disciplinary & Grievance Regulations, the Spectator Code of Behavior and the Football West Extreme Weather Policy.
