Request to Host a Tournament

  • This form must be completed by a club which wishes to conduct a tournament or carnival event. The application must be lodged at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the competition for application processing. Sanctioned tournaments will incur an administration fee for the appointment of referees. This fee will be calculated based on a rate of $5 per fixture (minimum $100).
  • The cost of the match officials will be borne by the club making the application and payable prior to kick off for each ixture, but the club may negotiate with opposition clubs to share those costs. The host club should finalise any such arragement before submitting this application.
  • Governance

    Each club participating in an event is bound by Annexe 31 of Football West Rules of Competition, the competition’s rules and the Football West Disciplinary Regulations.
