If you commence early and the referee arrives to find the game in progress, you will be charged the fee (plus GST).In the event that a match is cancelled and the referee has not received adequate notice, the requesting school will be invoiced for the full match fee (plus GST). It will then be up to that school to arrange any reimbursement from their opposition if they are not at fault.For an official match to be approved, fields must be marked correctly and not with cones or other similar items. Portable goals must be securely anchored. If a school requests a referee and the field is not marked appropriately, the referee will not officiate the fixture and the entire referee fee will be invoiced to the home club.
