What was the age group and focus (objective) for your session?

What were some of the things you did to make sure your practice was conducted in a safe environment?
eg. goals were pegged down, area checked for hazards such as pot holes etc.
Give a brief description of one of the three session components (Skill Intro, Skill Training or Skill Game) that you used in your practice to ensure it replicated part of a game of football.
eg. Skill Intro – the exercise starts with a player on one side passing the ball to the player in the grid. They must move the ball with their first touch side-ways out of the grid and pass it back with their second touch
How did you get the session components to start quickly within two minutes?
eg. whiteboard, verbal explanation etc.
How did you demonstrate or highlight good practice during the session?
Using C.H.A.N.G.E.I.T what modifications did you use to challenge or make the session easier to achieve the desired outcome you were looking for?
eg. Defenders were initially passive to allow players to take touch away from pressure.
Within your game at the end did it look like a game of football with two teams, direction, goals or a way of scoring for both teams?
Can you give a brief description on how your game was set up?
eg. One team attacked top and bottom of the pitch and the other team left to right. A goal was scored by passing into a target player who was stationed at the ends of the pitch.
In what part of your session were Perception, Decision and Execution introduced and how?
eg. In the Skill Intro component the players had to receive a ball inside a box and they had to decide what way they had to take the ball out, this was based on where the pressure from the defender was coming from.
Did you use Q&A during your session with the players?
Did you set player challenges?
Please provide examples of how you used either player challenges and/or Q&A sessions.
What would you do differently in this session next time to either challenge or to make the session easier for the players?
eg. I would use less passive defenders in the Skill Intro to allow/encourage players to take a good first touch forward into space.
